Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fee & Validity:

• All prices for Silver, Gold, and Platinum memberships are exclusive of applicable GST.
• Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Discounts & Offers:

• Discounts are applicable only upon presenting the active membership card.
• Discounts on food & beverages, room bookings, and other amenities are applicable as per the membership tier and are subject to availability and blackout dates.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

3. Complimentary Offers & Vouchers:

• Complimentary room nights, meals, and special occasion services must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
• Vouchers for discounts, complimentary items, and buy-one-get-one-free offers are valid for use once per transaction and must be surrendered upon use.
• Unused vouchers cannot be carried forward post-expiration of the membership.

4. Credit:

• Credit of up to INR 15000 is applicable only for Platinum members and is subject to the management’s discretion and member’s spending history.
• Unused credit cannot be encashed and will not be carried forward post-expiration of the membership.

5. Reward Points:

• Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within week of the transaction.
• Each point is equal to 1 Rupee and can be redeemed against services at The Tattva, subject to availability and blackout dates.
• Points cannot be encashed and will expire with the expiration of the membership.

6. Alcohol-related Offers:

• All members and their guests must adhere to legal drinking age as per Indian law.
• Buy-one-get-one-free and other alcohol-related offers are valid from 2 PM to 7 PM.

7. Behaviour & Conduct:

• The Tattva reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in cases where members or their guests display inappropriate behavior.

8. New Year’s Eve Pass:

• Free passes for New Year’s Eve celebrations are exclusive to Platinum members and must be pre-booked.

9. General:

• Membership benefits are exclusive to the member and are not transferable unless specified (e.g., spouse card).
• The Tattva reserves the right to modify terms and conditions and membership benefits without prior notice.

10. Privacy:

• Personal information provided by members will be used in accordance with The Tattva's privacy policy.
• The Tattva may send promotional communications regarding offers, events, and updates to members via email/SMS.
